1. ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐น๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฎ: a big incident that leaves a community with painful memories that alter their social health, eg a massacre, bombing, car accident, house fire, etc. It lingers with them for a long time.
2. ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฎ: is trauma obtained from supporting others who have experienced trauma. There can be a build up of stress over time that can cause changes to one’s psychological, physical & spiritual well-being.
3. ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐
๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฎ: takes place as many horrific events happen either simultaneously or in succession without clear beginning or end. Could be domestic violence, child abuse, living in an insecure conflict environment, war.
5. ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ (๐ฃ๐ง๐ฆ๐): failure to recover after experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event. It may last months or years, with triggers that can bring back memories of the trauma accompanied by intense emotional reactions.
